AIESEC
Description
AIESEC is the largest youth-led organisation in the world, active in more than one hundred countries, with leadership development as its core goal. The organisation enables international experiences in the form of internships and volunteering projects abroad, where you not only gain work experience but also immerse yourself in another culture and work on your personal development. In Delft a team of around twenty students makes this possible, from making company contacts to supporting participants. So there are two entry points for you: you can go on an international internship or project through AIESEC yourself, or you can join the Delft team and gain experience in sales, marketing, project management and international collaboration. It is precisely that combination of a concrete experience abroad and a leadership or commercial role in the team that makes it valuable for your CV.
Applying (how & when)
For an experience abroad you apply via the AIESEC website; for the Delft team there is annual recruitment.
Requirements
Open to students who want to develop themselves and gain international experience; no specific study background required.
