Description

Space Oasis designs self-sustaining living environments for space, i.e. habitats with their own life support, food production and closed loops. The interdisciplinary team brings together architecture, engineering and biology to explore how people can live sustainably off Earth in the longer term. Students work on questions about energy, water, waste and human wellbeing in extreme environments. It is an ideal team for anyone who wants to combine systems thinking and sustainability with space.
