Description

Nova designs and races 100 kW electric racing motorcycles, the NovaBike, and became European electric motorcycle racing champion in 2017. The team shows that electric racing can be not only cleaner but also extremely fast, experimenting with sustainable materials such as biodegradable natural-fibre composites instead of carbon. Nova now falls under the Novabike foundation and cooperates with InHolland, so besides TU Delft students it also involves students from InHolland. You work on a powerful propulsion system, on the motorcycle design or on the business and operational side of a racing organisation.

Requirements

Motivated students. Since the collaboration with InHolland, the team is broader than TU Delft alone.
