Description

Eco-Runner builds an ultra-efficient hydrogen car with one goal: to drive as far as possible on as little energy as possible. The team chases distance records and takes part in efficiency competitions such as the Shell Eco-marathon, where every gram of weight and every watt-second counts. Students work on lightweight structures, aerodynamics, the fuel cell and the drivetrain. You learn to think in terms of extreme efficiency, directly relevant to the energy transition.

Annually, with recruitment in spring for the new team. Exact dates are on the site.

Requirements

TU Delft students from a variety of disciplines, with a one-year commitment.
